Without a shadow of doubt, the websites and digital tools that concentrate specifically on innovative forms of contact with real space are going to be the focus of trends for the years to come.
The European project ShopLab aims at working in the following directions:
o Opening contact-less interactive showcases on the basis of real-time image analysis.
o Developing semi-virtual models and potential simulation fitting rooms.
o Application of VDU-free interactive information access systems, vandal-resistant, and visible in daylight.
o Development of touch-screen interfaces for virtual presentation of the products.
o Finding possibilities of including real space in e-commerce solutions offered to retailers.
